    GIA certified gemologists and watch experts will examine the item and any associated documentation to determine if the item is authentic. If any items do not fit our rigorous quality standards, they are not accepted. On the Doralia Boutique, we are authorized partners for the brands we carry. The items listed on the Boutique come directly from the brands and authenticity is gauranteed.
    All items come with a Doralia Report as part of our authentication process. On the Doralia Boutique, all items are new and come directly from the brands and come with the original Manufacturer's packaging and warranty.

    If I don't live in the United Kingdom, can I still make a purchase?

    Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping fees may apply and there may be country specific import taxes and duties that you would be responsible for.

    Where can I use my store credit and coupons?

    You can apply Doralia store credit and coupons by simply going to the "Checkout Page" and entering your coupon code in the "Enter your Coupon Code" field. Then click on the "Apply Coupon" button. Please note, coupon codes are single use and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

    What if the item doesn't fit?

    Please contact our concierge associates to help you find the best option for your particular item. Some items are easy to resize while trying to resize other pieces may impact the integrity of the material or design. Some items cannot be resized and any resizing will make it final sale. You can return or exchange your item to Doralia if it doesnʼt fit.

    How does Doralia determine the resale price of each item?

    Our team of experts assess the jewelry and watch market to calculate a fair resale value. We use millions of data points from the market to determine pricing so that buyers and sellers receive a fair price.

    How do I know I'm getting a fair value for my item?

    Our team of experts evaluates the market and specifications of the pieces. We pride ourselves in offering the best fair value for both buyers and sellers by analyzing millions of data points from the market.

    Can I get my items insured?

    Yes. Your order from Doralia comes with a Doralia Report. You can use this document to get your items covered by your homeownerʼs or renterʼs insurance policy. Or you can bring it to a third party insurance agency that specializes in fine jewelry and watch insurance.

    Do I need to pay sales tax?

    Doralia is currently obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of italy. Each state has individual tax laws that specify which purchases are subject to sales tax. People who live in a state without sales tax won't be charged on goods they have shipped to their home state.

    Does my purchase come with a warranty?

    On the pre-loved marketplace, never worn watches generally come with a 2-year warranty. Pre-loved watches (excluding vintage) come with a 1-year warranty. The specific details are available on the itemʼs listing page. Jewelry does not come with warranty, but we are happy to help with light repairs. On the Doralia Boutique, all jewelry and watches come with a full Manufacturer's Warranty which range from 2-5 years depending on the brand.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship internationally. All orders below € 500.00 are subject to international shipping fees. There may be country specific import taxes and duties that also apply.

    How quickly do you ship once a purchase is made?

    We ship most items within five business day, unless otherwise noted on the item. All Standard Shipping orders require 3-7 business days for processing. Select items are eligible for expedited shipping. All Doralia orders are insured and a signature is required to ensure you receive the item safely. Once the order ships, a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent.

    How do I track my order?

    Once tracking details are available, you will receive tracking confirmation via email and a link to track your package through text or Facebook Messenger.

     

     SIZE & FIT GUIDE

     

    WE'RE HERE TO HELP YOU GET THE RIGHT SIZE.

    Doralia wants to make sure you get the perfect fit. We understand you may not know your jewelry and watch size so we want to make it as easy as possible for you by providing a few helpful tips.

     

    RING SIZE & FIT

     

    What you want is a comfortable fit. It should be snug enough so it wonʼt fall off, but loose enough so that you feel a slight tug as it slips past your knuckle. Weather affects the size of your fingers. The optimal time to measure your finger is near the end of the day in warm weather since your finger will be at its largest. Cold fingers are smaller than warm fingers. By taking a few measurements throughout the day you can ensure you get the best fit. If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, make sure to select a size between the two so that the ring has enough room to comfortably slide over your knuckle.
    Women's rings range from size 3 to 9 with the most common sizes beween 5-7. Menʼs rings range from size 8 to 14 with the most common sizes between 8-11.

     

    BRACELET SIZE & FIT

     

    Do you want a snug or loose fit?

    Well, that really varies between each individual's preference and the type of bracelet you choose. For instance, bangle bracelets have the shape of a continuous circle with no clasps or hinges, so you will have to factor in a little more room if your fingers an knuckles are larger than your wrist circumference. We recommend sticking to a looser fit for larger cuffs and bangles, whereas if you're searching for a more delicate bracelet going with a tigher fit. When making your decision, remember different materials may have different weights. Stainless steel and precious metal bracelets will be heavier than fabric and leather. On average, Women's length's tend to be in the 7" to 8.5", range where Men's length's are in the 8" to 9" range.

     

    NECKLACE SIZE & FIT

     

    On average, the standard chain length is 16 to 20 inches, where the necklace will sit between the base of the throat and the collarbone. We recommend measuring your neckline with measuring tape and adding 2"to 4" for a comfortable fit. The size of necklace or chain you get will depend on style and personal taste as well as matching your attire and occasion. If you're looking for a choker, this should fit snug around your neck with the standard choker size measuring 16". If wearing a pendant or medallion we recommend a slightly longer chain. Formal attire tends to favor shorter necklaces whereas long pearls or beads may lend to a more casual setting. As a result, women's necklaces can vary widely between 14" to 36" whereas men's chains typically measure between 18" to 22" in length and sit at the collarbone.

     

    RETURN POLICY

     

    Doralia values your happiness and satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within 7 business days from when they were received. To request a return, please e-mail support@doralia.com with the order number and reason for return, unless the item was noted as final sale. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation and materials, and shipped back within 3 business days. We'll then process the exchange or full refund. Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed, after quality inspection on the returned item is completed. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at (+39) 0131942410. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Doralia will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. Returns are processed during weekdays once the items have been received at our office. Following receipt of your returned item, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an average of 1 week for full processing. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Please allow another 2-3 business days after processing for your refund to be processed.

     

    Non-Returnable And Non- Refundable Items

     

    Jewelry and watches that state "Last Price" in the product details are not eligible for return. These items primarily include special priced products and closeouts. Due to low special pricing on these, all items labeled Last Price are not eligible for return and are non-refundable. Items that we have sized or engraved from customer requests are also Last Price. Upon receipt, should we find that the security tag has been tampered with or removed, or the sticker noting non- returnable has been removed, we will not be able to accept the return and the item will be shipped back.

     

    How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

     

    To return an item to Doralia, follow the below process:

            - For all returns, please call +390131947020 or email us atsupport@doralia.comand we will start processing your return if
              eligible.

            - Package Your Return. Please make sure to double box your item(s) securely. We recommend you use the original shipping
              boxes, including all original packaging and materials. Tape the packing box tight to ensure it's secure. For security reasons,
              do not write Doralia anywhere on the outside of the box.

            - We will send you a pre-paid insured shipping label that fully insures the value of your item(s). Place this pre- paid insured
              shipping label on the box and drop it off to the nearest shipping location near you. Keep your tracking number for your
              records.

    Paypal Returns

     

    PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2-3 days for your account to be credited.

     

    After Your Return Is Received By Doralia

     

    Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team one business day, up to 24 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system. Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.

     

    Credits To Your Charge Card

     

    Credit card purchases and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2-3 business days from the date that Doralia has received your return and quality inspection on the item is completed for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.
