    Privacy Policy


    1.1. This document sets out the procedures through which the company Doralia, as defined below, uses the personal data provided by users ("Users") of the platform (hereinafter also the "Producers' Portal"). Other websites that are reachable via hyperlinks in the Marketplace are excluded.

    1.2. Personal data provided by Users will be processed in accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data and, in particular, in compliance with the principles of necessity, transparency, lawfulness, correctness and proportionality in the processing of personal data.


    2.1. The data controller of personal data is Doralia Italia S.r.l., a company incorporated under Italian law with registered office in via Paolo da Cannobio n. 9, 20122 Milan, address pec, tax code / P.     3.1. Doralia collects personal data provided specifically and voluntarily by Users within specific sections of the Manufacturers Portal, such as name and surname, username, password, e-mail address, certified e-mail address, mobile phone number, VAT number. These data are requested to Users at the time of registration, for the creation of an account that allows them to take advantage of all the functionality of the Manufacturers Portal and to be able to contact the other Users.

    3.2. Furthermore, Doralia automatically collects personal data deriving from the analysis of users' browsing.

    3.3. Doralia will not process sensitive data, understood as personal data capable of revealing the racial and ethnic origin of Users, their religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations religious, philosophical, political or trade-union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the health status and sexual life of Users.


    4.1. The IT systems and software procedures used to consult the Producers' Portal acquire, for the duration of the connection only, identification data that are not stored permanently or collected. These data, by their very nature, could however allow, through processing and association with data held by third parties, to identify Users. They are: the IP addresses or the names of the computers used by the Users in connection, the addresses of the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources, the time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters. These data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of any computer crimes against Doralia, its assignees or third parties.


    5.1. Personal data provided voluntarily by Users will be processed with computer tools to allow, during registration, to create an account on the Manufacturers Portal and to be able to use all its features and contact the other Users. Subject to free consent, express, specific and optional, the User's personal data may also be processed for sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, as well as for profiling purposes.

    5.2. Personal data will be processed using automated and non-automated tools and will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. When the purpose of the processing has been lost, the personal data will be deleted or anonymised irreversibly.

    5.3. The provision of personal data is optional. However, failure to provide it could in some cases make it impossible to follow up on users' requests. The User can interrupt the transmission of his personal data by canceling his account.

    5.4. Some data, such as the billing address and the VAT number, could be communicated by Doralia to third parties, for the sole purpose of following up on the request of the User to use the service of purchase / sale of products through the Producers' Portal and the consequent invoice issuing by the seller.

    5.5. Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

    5.6. The optional and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated in the Producers' Portal entails the subsequent acquisition of the address necessary to respond to requests. The other personal data included in the message that will be processed for the sole purpose of responding to the sender's requests are also acquired.


    6.1. Definition of cookies. The "cookie" is a text file that can be stored in a dedicated space on the hard disk of the device used by the User (eg computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when he visits the Manufacturers Portal through his own browser, and may be subject to prior consent. The cookie identifies the device in which the cookie is stored for its entire period of validity or registration. During the visits of the Producers' Portal, the information relating to the navigation data received from the User's device may be stored in "cookies" installed on that device.
